How to work with these medicines
These formulas can be used during acute seasonal allergy attacks, but work best when used regularly in the weeks before Spring/Fall allergies hit. View individual pages for the most info, but here is a quick guide to working with this bundle:
New Mexican Fire Cider
Take one shot each morning, religiously. Take an extra shot when you feel illness or allergies creeping up on you.
Deliver Me from Allergies Tea
Drink one 1-3 daily when allergies hit.
Deliver Me from Allergies Potion
Take a dropperful by mouth as often as needed during allergy attacks.
Nettles + Milky Oats Nourishing Potion
This potion is most supportive when it is taken daily and allowed to build up in your system as preventative medicine. Take 1-3 dropperfuls daily.
Infused Honey
Mix into your allergy tea or use solo. Add a spoonful to the bottom of a mug and pour just-boiling water over it. Sip as a tea. Drizzle on bread with butter, fruit, or gobble by the spoonful.
CHIRON Sensitive Skin Oil
Add a few drops onto your pinky and gently line the inside of each nostril to soothe sensitive nasal passages. Use each night before bed and in preparation for long days outdoors. I find that lubing up your nostrils before working outdoors during high pollen days allows me to simply wipe out most of the pollen at the end of the day that, otherwise, would have traveled further into your passages and caused allergy attacks.
