How to work with these medicines
These formulas can be used during acute seasonal allergy attacks, but work best when used regularly in the weeks before Spring/Fall allergies hit.
Mix into your Deliver Me From Allergies Tea or use solo (add a spoonful to the bottom of a mug and pour just-boiling water over it, sip as a tea). Or, drizzle on bread with butter, over fruit, or gobble by the spoonful.
