Cold Infusion / iced tea: our favorite way to prepare this tea is as an overnight/cold infusion, which pulls out the most nutrients possible from the herbs. add loose tea to a mason jar or french press. cover with cold, filtered water and steep overnight in the fridge. strain, heat up & add honey or drink cold [try honey, lemon & ice for a spicy iced tea].

Quick / hot method: 1 TBSP loose tea per 1 cup boiling water - steep covered for at least 10 mins [we prefer ~30]. Sweeten with honey and/or brighten with lemon.

2 oz resealable compostable package. Please compost at home or in a commercial facility.
